Within Omega's CRM you are able to route calls in a variety of ways. This article will go over the process.

To start you will want to navigate to the Create Call Route page by clicking the option in the left navigation menu
This will load a list of the Account Manager's accounts with their name, type, status, and the last time they were contacted:
From here you'll want to click the box to the left of the accounts you would like to route calls for, once selected you would then click "Add to Calls":
This will then load the routed calls to the Calls page in the navigation menu in your order of selection. You can then click the menu icons on the left to drag and drop them into the order you would like to set for those calls.
You can also route calls via the map menu on the Create Call Route page by clicking and drawing the box of the area you would like to route calls for, the icons being the contact location of those accounts.
You can also drag and drop this box if needed to make adjustments.
You can also save routes for future use by clicking the "Save Route" option at the top of the page. Which will prompt you to enter a name and allow you to save
These will then appear on the "Saved Routes" page on the left navigation menu
Using the Use Route button, will then set that route for your calls for that day on the Calls page
