An easy way to get a customer signature is by setting up an e-mail template. By using the templates, you can trigger the e-mail to send once a job is set to complete, or you can send it manually when needed. Below is an example of what a template might look like: 

The most important part of setting this up is that the URL for signature capture looks exactly as it does in this example. To get the variables to work correctly, copy this text into the e-mail: https://app.omegaedi.com/app/signature/index.html?folder={{folder}}&guid={{guid}}
