In order for a user to have access to the NAGS catalog, they must be assigned a NAGS License. Assigning a NAGS License can be done with easy steps, but requires full Admin privileges.

First, navigate to the the Users section under the Admin panel. Select the user who needs a NAGS License, then click the Licenses and Billing tab. Click "Grant" next to the NAGS Catalog License, and that user will have access to the NAGS catalog in order to run quotes the next time they log in.
