Omega offers a simple tool to follow up with customers in a no-pressure scenario to get feedback on their experience.
When configuring a template to send to customers, simply include the variable {{SurveyURL}} and it will link them to a page where they can rate their service and add any comments.
The style and text of this survey can be configured on the Account Settings Page.
The Net Promoter Score option displays numbers 1-10 they can select, while the Star Rating is 1-5 stars.
Comments are required when the rating is under 4 stars, or under an 8 on the Net Promoter Score system.
To see customer feedback, simply find the "Survey Results" report in the Reports section to see customers and the ratings and comments they left for specific jobs.

Ratings are converted on the report to an "out of ten" system, so 4 stars would become 8, 4.5 would become a 9, etc.

Custom Review URLs
Enterprise customers have the option to add a location-based external URL to accompany positive reviews to prompt users to leave reviews on, for example, a Google Storefront.
