Before you can be authorized to receive a PID from SGC Network you must meet the following qualifications:
Be registered with SGC Network for at least 60 days
Within a 60 day period process successfully 20 or more invoices
All submitted invoices must include the following:
Correct Pricing on Items
Correct Vehicle Information
Customer Information
Customer Signature
After you have met these requirements do the following:
Fill out the PID request form - Paste this link in your URL bar: http://rockchipcentral.com/documents/SGC%20PID%20Request%20Form.pdf
2. Fax the form to Safelite at 614-210-9504 or email it to – insurancecertificates@safelite.com
3. Wait 5-10 Business Days
4. Call Safelite to request your PID number (614)602-2120
5. Add the PID number to Omega via Admin > Tools > Account Setup
