How to create Pricing Profiles within Omega Locksync:

Pricing profiles in Omega Locksync are based on two qualities of parts within the Key Innovations (KI) catalog, namely:

Item Types
Item Conditions

When a pricing profile is applied to items on a job, it will look for matches between these two qualities and the pricing profile rules you have configured.

Custom parts can be configured to use KI Item Types as well, but by default, their item types are simply their cost type (Part, Labor, or Freight/Misc).

ADVANCED:

Enabling "advanced" on a pricing profile will allow you to make SKU-specific exceptions to the rules you've configured in a basic pricing profiles. If you are using advanced pricing profiles, you must configure the pattern for each pricing rule manually. Patterns can consist of Item Types/Item Conditions like before, or they can match on an item SKU.

To manually configure pricing rules to use Item Types/Item Conditions in an advanced pricing profile, you must first type the Item Type code followed by a pipe character (“|”) and then the Item Condition code. A pipe by itself (no Item Type or Item Condition code on either side of it) simply represents a catch-all, meaning any item with any product type or condition code.
