Transaction Processing Fees
OmegaPay operates on a flat fee model, providing you with predictable and straightforward costs for every transaction regardless of the card type used.
Processing fees are applied to every successful transaction:

Chargeback Fees
In the event of a payment dispute (chargeback), the following fees apply to cover administrative and processing costs:
Received Chargeback: A fee of $7.00 is charged for each chargeback received.
Reversed Chargeback: If a chargeback is successfully defended and reversed, a fee of $0.22 may be applied.
Refund Fees
When you issue a refund to a customer, the following terms apply:
Standard Refund Fee: A flat fee of $0.13 may apply per transaction.
Processing Fee Retention: For certain payment methods, the fees and costs charged for executing the original transaction (including the percentage and flat processing fees) are not refunded if the transaction is later refunded or subject to a chargeback.

To provide access to certain financial networks, OmegaPay reserves the right to pass-through external costs:

Omega reserves the right to charge for fees, expenses, or charges imposed by third parties in connection with transactions initiated through the platform. This includes any additional costs incurred from third-party providers related to your specific use of OmegaPay.
