Mygrant and PGW are integrated to allow you to make returns through Omega for eligible Purchase Orders, meaning you won't need to manually do so through their respective portals as you would for other vendors. Doing so is very simple, and follows the same flow as returns for other vendors with one minor exception.
After clicking "Return Parts" on a Purchase Order, you'll notice that for Mygrant and PGW the "Returned Manually" checkbox isn't automatically filled in. This means that Omega will contact the vendor and initiate the return process for the selected parts and their respective quantities.
You'll notice when making returns with other vendors that the checkbox is forced to be checked.
If errors occur on the vendor side, such as their system not recognizing a part as being delivered, please read the error and contact either Omega Support or the vendor in question. (TODO: KENT!!!! Get examples of actual errors from Mygrant to give to customers so they don't hound us when they don't need to).
