How to Create "Views" in Omega

How to create specific filtered views in Omega for quick access to those filters.

1. Overview of Creating Views in Omega

To start, navigate to the jobs page. On this page you will see several filters listed at the top.

2. Select Filters for Your View

You can also see expanded features by clicking the yellow circle here. You will want to set the filters accordingly for what you would like to see in the view.

3. Choose Specific Filter Criteria

For this view, we will select Invoice, the Salt Lake location, and appointment status of On Hold.

4. Open New View Interface

Now once these filters are set for the ones that you want, you'll click New View. This will populate with the Save New View option, where you can enter in the view name.

5. Name and Save Your View

We will set this for Salt Lake On Hold. Once you have a name, click Save.

6. Access and Use Saved Views

The view will then be in the list accessible by clicking the arrow to the right of jobs. To access the view, click the name of the View you created.
