1. Overview of Creating Views in Omega
To start, navigate to the jobs page. On this page you will see several filters listed at the top.
2. Select Filters for Your View
You can also see expanded features by clicking the yellow circle here. You will want to set the filters accordingly for what you would like to see in the view.
3. Choose Specific Filter Criteria
For this view, we will select Invoice, the Salt Lake location, and appointment status of On Hold.
4. Open New View Interface
Now once these filters are set for the ones that you want, you'll click New View. This will populate with the Save New View option, where you can enter in the view name.
5. Name and Save Your View
We will set this for Salt Lake On Hold. Once you have a name, click Save.
6. Access and Use Saved Views
The view will then be in the list accessible by clicking the arrow to the right of jobs. To access the view, click the name of the View you created.
