Please make sure you have completed set up for AI tool within Omega as instructed in this article before proceeding.
To connect to Claude CLI, please copy the command shown in the AI agent tool just created and paste it in a terminal window.
It should then prompt you to enter the OAuth client secret that you had previously securely stored elsewhere, please enter that to save the MCP for your Claude CLI.
Then proceed to enter the claude command in the terminal and type in /mcp command in the terminal to see available MCP options. You should be able to see the omega-mcp under local MCP servers. Please proceed to continue with authentication for this MCP server. It should open a new browser window to complete the authentication flow and then automatically complete authentication. Incase the browser window does not automatically open please paste the link Claude prompts in a browser to start the authentication process.
Once the Authentication is successful you should be able to see the tools this server offers based on your configurations for it in Omega.
You can then proceed to request for a quote through the command line and see that it will be able to successfully collect the information needed and generate a quote for you within Omega.
