Please make sure you have completed set up for AI tool within Omega as instructed in <a href="https://help.omegaedi.com/en/articles/16822195-how-to-set-up-ai-tools-access">this</a> article before proceeding.

To connect ChatGPT to this MCP server, please login into ChatGPT and click on Settings. Under Security and login, please proceed to enable the Developer mode if not already enabled.

Once the Developer mode has been enabled, please click on Plugins and add a new Plugin by clicking on the + symbol as shown in the image below.

Please proceed to fill in the connection details as shown below,

Please enter the OAuth client ID and Client Secret as shown within Omega during AI tool creation and agree to terms and conditions as shown below and add the custom Plugin.

Once saved, you will be prompted to Sign in with the Omega MCP, please proceed to click on the button and complete authentication for Chat GPT.

Once the MCP has been added, you should be able to go through the Plugin flow through the new chat through Chat GPT.

ChatGPT and Codex have a shared ecosystem so adding the MCP server in ChatGPT should make it accessible within the Codex desktop application too.
