Incorrect Parent ID
This error can occur due to incorrect information being input or no record of the referral being assigned to you. See below for instructions on how to resolve this rejection:
Referral Number Recorded Incorrectly on Job: Confirm that the referral number that has been input is the correct referral number from the dispatch.
2. Wrong Shop Assigned on Job: Confirm that you have record of the referral number assigned to your shop by logging into your account or finding the work dispatch. If there is no record of the referral it likely is dispatched to another shop. You will need to contact the claims administrator to resolve.
