State Farm jobs that were originally dispatched from LYNX services through June 30th should be processed using your existing State Farm billing account with the invoice method set to LYNX services. You will use LYNX to get approvals and process invoices for any claim filed on or before June 30th, 2025.

Even if your appointment to perform services is scheduled after July 1st, if the original dispatch came from LYNX services you will still need to process the claim through LYNX services.

Prior to the July 1st transition Omega will automatically create a new insurance account named State Farm - SGC. This account will be already be configured with an invoice method for 'Safelite (EDI)' and the appropriate Safelite Program ID. New SGC Dispatches for State Farm will automatically be assigned to this account. At time of invoice you will submit your invoice normally and the invoice will be processed similar to other insurance accounts with a Safelite EDI invoice method.
For jobs dispatched from LYNX services you will invoice using your existing State Farm account with the invoice method set to 'LYNX (EDI)'.

You can use Omega to receive authorization for OEM parts and ADAS calibrations. All other approval types must be requested via safelitsolutionsnetwork.com

State Farm Select shops can initiate claims electronically via safelitsolutionsnetwork.com. All other shops must call with the policyholder present to receive a referral number.

Yes, State Farm has sent a new O&A agreement to shops that is effective July 1st, 2025. Some of the new requirements include:
Shops must capture before & after photos of glass damage.
Your shop profiles, including pricing, service area, hours of operation, technicians, and service capabilities will now be managed through sgcnetwork.com.
Be sure to carefully review your updated O&A agreement.
