This article has the steps for enabling the customization options for the Omega EDI Web quoter, so you can control what your customer sees when getting a quote on your website!

Enable the Web Quoter

First navigate to the Account Settings page under the Admin menu. Then Select the Leads header. Then Select Enable and Save.

Navigate to the Lead Forms

Select the Lead Forms option under the Admin dropdown.

Create a New Lead Form

One of the benefits of this process is the ability to create multiple web forms. On the Lead Forms page, select the yellow circle with the + in it.

This opens the New Web form. You'll want to set the Name and Type for the form, as well as toggle any of the options that you would like to be included on the Web Quoter. Each option has a ? to the right of it which gives a short explanation of the setting.

The Next field is the Quote Disclaimer. This is where you can customize the disclaimer that appears beneath the price of a successful quote. You can customize this to relay any information that you would like.

The next fields are the Template that will be used when a web quote is done. These are controlled by templates you create on the templates page, which more information can be found in our How to Create a Template article here.

The next fields are where you can customize the colors for specific actions. The Primary affects main actions like Submit/Schedule while the secondary color affects secondary actions like Back. Make sure to pick colors that don't blend in with the background of your website!

The next two fields are for a Default Campaign and Default Tag to be assigned. You can select One Campaign, but assign as many tags as you would like!

You can include a Google Analytics URL in the Google Analytics field to allow for their tracking option through the Web Quoter.

The Iframe box contains the iframe that you would want to have your web designer input into your website to have the web quoter appear on your website. You can either copy it from the box or click the Copy HTML to Clipboard option.

Lastly there is a link that you can provide to your customer that will take them directly to the Web Quoter or a QR code that will allow them to do the same! You can print the QR code to allow your customers to scan it with their phones!

Save the Lead Form

The Last step is to save the Web form so that it will be active to use as your Web Quoter!

And with that you have created your Web Quoter form! You can create multiple forms following these steps and use them for different versions of the Web quoter! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to our Chat Support team or your Account Manager!
